Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Wublr (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for web design and development services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

2. Our Services

Wublr provides web design, web development, e-commerce development, SEO optimisation, and related digital services. The specific scope of work for each project is agreed upon in writing before work commences.

3. The 2-Week Sprint

Wublr’s standard service is a fixed-timeline, fixed-price sprint that delivers a complete website within 14 calendar days of the discovery call. The timeline assumes:

• The Client provides required content, assets, and feedback within 24 hours of each milestone
• Scope does not change materially after the proposal is approved
• The Client is available for a brief review session in Days 5–12

Delays caused by late Client feedback may extend the delivery timeline.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed in the project proposal. Typically:

• A deposit is required before work commences (amount specified in proposal)
• The remaining balance is due upon final delivery, before domain/hosting transfer
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise

Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late payment fee of 1.5% per month.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the final delivered website (design, code, and content created by Wublr) transfer to the Client. Wublr retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Content, images, and assets provided by the Client remain the Client’s property. The Client warrants that they have the right to use all provided materials.

6. Revisions & Scope

The 2-week sprint includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes requested after approval may be charged separately at our standard hourly rate.

7. Hosting

Wublr provides 1 year of hosting as part of our standard package. After the first year, hosting renewal fees apply. Wublr reserves the right to take the website offline if hosting fees are not renewed. The Client may choose to migrate to their own hosting at any time, and Wublr will provide all necessary files and credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wublr’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or business opportunities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced
• Wublr will invoice for work completed to the date of termination
• All work completed and paid for will be delivered to the Client

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
